In what might be the strangest practice the ladies have ever tested in the history of the show, Lauren and Nicole put on swimwear and some little felt hats and take a trip to the Banya - a Russian bathhouse ,where they experience the sauna, the icy plunge pool and Parenie ; a traditional and invigorating thermal treatment which involves leafy and fragrant bundles of birch, oak or eucalyptus twigs (called venik) being brushed - or rather walloped all over your body in a steam room.
