Cacao is a thousands-of-years-old Central American rite that Olmec, Aztec, and Mayan elites leaned on to connect with the gods and promote good health. It can be used in ceremony which is what we are doing today. A cacao ceremony is any sort of ceremony in which a cacao beverage is consumed to elevate the spiritual ritual being practised and today, more and more people are exploring its benefits.\nTo help us with our week and facilitate the ceremony we enlisted the help of Helen Driver who\xa0is a trained cacao practitioner, meditation teacher and transformational space holder. She is the founder of The Rising Space which encourages slow living in a fast paced world.
