Self Mastery and thoughts

It\u2019s not about stopping every \u2018bad\u2019 thought you have this would be impossible. It\u2019s about not acting on every thought you have.
I will repeat this \u201cit\u2019s about not acting on every thought you have\u2019.
A lot of people act on the thoughts they have when they are very emotional and it usually ends very badly.
Perhaps the challenge lies in walking through life with as much grace, dignity and compassion as we can regardless of what we are thinking.
