Suzie Walker is the founder & ‘Chief Fire Starter’ at The Primal Pantry, an award winning high-protein snack manufacturer.

We’re a small team with big ideas, tasty products, several dogs and a bright pink delivery van. Our products aren’t cheap, but we’re not going to apologise for that. Quality ingredients are expensive.

We should stop asking why real food is so expensive and instead question why processed food is so cheap.

In 2013, qualified nutritionist Suzie Walker began making paleo bars at home to sell to her clients and their demand made her realise there was a gap in the market for building a brand of healthy snacks.

The Primal Pantry was born, and has grown quickly ever since. In early 2014 their products started to hit the shelves of high street retailers across the UK, with international markets following on right behind.

The business has been doubling in size each year and Suzie hopes that turnover will reach the \xa35m mark next year. The company has grown from being just Suzie to encompassing 16 people.
