Josh Russell talks about how Techfugees have used technology to "empower the displaced".
Josh Russell is the co-founder of Tech For UK and Techfugees. \n\nMoved by the plight of refugees in Europe, a number of technology industry people have formed a voluntary team to create the series of non-profit "Techfugees" conferences, hackathons, and work with a global network of collaborators.\n\nHe has also been involved with the Parliament User Group, CityMeetsTech, Seedcamp and Comic Relief: Red Nose Day.
