We all know that injuries are the biggest impediment to our continued progression and improvement. The longer you can get in uninterrupted training, the more consistently you\\u2019ll improve.

That said, there\\u2019s a lot we can do (or at least should be doing) to modify our training to reduce the risk of injury.
