Transformation 3\xa0 Rom 12:1-2 #RTTBROS #Nightlight\n\n\nTransformation\xa0\n\n\n\nRomans 12:1-2 (KJV) says "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."\n\n\n\n\xa0Paul urges us to embrace positive transformation in these verses.\xa0 \xa0Renewing our mind means bringing every thought captive to Christ. There are some thinking errors that need to be captured.\xa0 \xa0We talked about Deletions where we leave out the good that God has brought into our life and that produces a victim mentality.\xa0 Another thinking errors is Generalization.\xa0 Satan uses generalizations to say to you, "You are always failing" "You will never get this right." Understand that generalizations are another of the lies of Satan to attempt to defeat us.\xa0\xa0\n\n\n\nToday let's zero in on the thinking error of distortions.\xa0 Distorted thinking is when you are lieing to yourself and others.\xa0 You might be telling yourself lies that make you think you are a victim and helpless.\xa0 \xa0 You might be lieing to yourself in such a way that you think you are better than others.\xa0 Any inaccurate, dishonest thoughts process must be evicted from your mind.\xa0 How you battle lies is truth.\xa0 The Word of God represents God's truth for your life.\xa0 Adapt your thinking to God's word and you will be well on the way to dealing with distortions in your thinking.\n\n\n\nAsk God to make you aware of all the thoughts that are bringing defeat in your walk with God and your\xa0\n\n\nRelationship with others.
