We hear "Coming Soon" about a concert or sporting event that is near at hand.\xa0 In Titus 2:13-14 (KJV), we read "Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." This verse reminds us that we should be looking forward to the second coming of Christ with great anticipation.\n\nThe second coming of Christ is a topic that has been discussed for centuries. Many people believe that it will happen soon.\xa0 I have a friend that says he is no longer looking for signs he is now listening for the trumpet.\xa0 Regardless of when it happens, we should be prepared for it. We should be living our lives in such a way that we are ready to meet our Lord and Savior when He returns.\n\nAs we wait for the second coming of Christ, we can take comfort in knowing that He has given Himself for us so that we might be redeemed from all iniquity. We are called to be a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
