About Season 2 - Happy New Year!

Season two we wanted to begin the year with how we all attempt to start a new year, with a New Year Resolution. Most of the time it has to do with losing weight, eating healthy, working out, etc. However! We end up losing track of our New Year Resolution by late February or March. I see it all the time at the gym. This season we would like to focus on helping you extend that resolution. Pero this time you and I, osea all of us, will do it with more information, tools and tricks on keeping it for longer than those 3 months.
