Eps 50. The Japanese Tsunami and the Fukushima Nuclear Reactor meltdown's

On the 11 March 2011 at 2.46pm, a huge earthquake, a magnitude 9, struck off the coast of Japan. The resulting Tsunami struck land devastating everything in its path. 22,500 people died. Whole communities were wiped out. Massive amounts of damage occurred at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant causing several meltdowns and to this day, huge amounts of radioactive water are pouring into the ocean, with devastating effects on the environment. What went wrong ?
