\n\nElizabeth began by telling Toby about how she was asked to help to deliver a presentation next week at the Scottish Parliament came about along with sharing her own experience of having and dealing with low levels of Vitamin D.\n
\n\nElizabeth also talked about how taking extra Vitamin D can help people if they have low levels, whether there is any possible risk of over dosing on Vitamin D and any connections at all between Covid and vitamin d.\n
