Welcome to This Edition of RiversZen Today for Thursday, November 15th, 2018
The news of the day: Today\u2019s hint to help clean up your eating program leads us to water. It can be a tough time to only drink water with the holidays upon us; but, give it a try. It is a great way to lose fat by ditching the sodas, flavored coffees, alcoholic beverages and even those drinks considered healthy like kombucha or smoothies. Many of those contain lots of empty calories. If you are in need of a recovery drink after a workout, I found a great suggestion from Liz Wolfe, the author of Eat the Yolks. She recommends adding a tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt and a dab of honey to your water for electrolyte replenishment. Becoming a water snob can go a long way toward balancing hunger hormones and allowing your body to drop stubborn fat. Hopefully, by the end of our anniversary month you will be so in love with how your body feels, you will continue being that water snob. Just think of the money you will save!
