The news of the day: As we head into the final weekend of 2018, we wanted to mention the class cancellations for the upcoming week.

Classes this weekend are as regularly scheduled.

Monday, December 31st - Astoria \u2013 The only class scheduled is Qigong Walking at 7:30 am with Donna, the remainder of the day\u2019s classes are cancelled.

- Ilwaco - David\u2019s Stretch and Move at 8:00 am and Peggy\u2019s Yoga Stretch-Balance Alignment and Motion at 9:00 am will be held as usual. The remainder of the day\u2019s classes are cancelled.

Tuesday, January 1st - All classes are cancelled.

Our regular class schedules resume on Wednesday, January 2nd.
