Learn to be aware of negative thinking and how not to give a second thought to a negative thought. It takes consistency and awareness. You know when you are thinking negative, if you let the thoughts be your focus you will keep the thoughts relevant. The more you think of whatever it is, the more power you give to it. You have to decide to stop it, no longer concentrating and giving focus to negative thoughts. Be aware, call it out for what it is, and do not give power instead dismiss it. It takes consistency, but only you can make this change in your life.
