Cylon George decribes his\xa0blog as a way to help busy people thrive in their spiritual lives so they can live with more joy, peace, purpose, and meaning.\n\n\n\tHe is \xa0a spiritual\xa0chaplain, musician, devoted husband, and busy dad of six. He\xa0love's listening to people\u2019s stories and helping them gain perspective on life\u2019s opportunities and challenges. In his own life, the serenity prayer helps him when he find's himself worrying about things he has\xa0no control over. It reminds him to let go of his worry. It reminds him that he can experience greater spiritual fulfillment by taking responsibility for his own thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and feelings. It reminds him to constantly seek wisdom.\n\n\n\tHe Describes his life as the following;\n\n\n\tI was born in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
