The monthly jobs report on hiring is a critical piece of economic data, but it is almost always overstated, and lately, significantly overstated. Out of the last 17 months, the government posted substantial revisions for 15 months. So why is this happening and how does it impact our view of the economy and the Federal Reserve\u2019s decision on rate cuts?
