Controversial statue inspired by Francisco Goya gets new lease on life
In the West Bohemian city of Plze\u0148 there is a modern sculpture that people either love or hate. Its official name is The Panopticon, but in Plze\u0148 everybody calls it \u201cthe pink rabbit\u201d. Why is it there? And is it art or a terrible kitsch?
