Michael Little from Ratio in conversation with Tim Moore about the neurobiology of relationships. ‘We are wired to relate to others’. Tim Moore discusses this idea by explaining the neural processes involved in interaction with others. He then turns to how relationships make us think differently about human services, particularly about shifting from ‘fixing’ to connecting and gaining a greater understanding of practitioners’ relational capability. Tim Moore is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Community Child Health, Melbourne Children’s Hospital, where he leads reviews of research literature on child development, family functioning and public services.
