Michael Little from Ratio in conversation with Research Professor Jon Zaff about making schools relational. Jon's work focuses on the educational environment -in contrast for example to the educational curriculum- and he is beginning to explore the concept of relational schools. Jon Zaff is Director of the CERES Institute at Boston University, an attempt to link knowledge in the university with the needs of the communities around the university.
