Assisting Women In Creating Supportive Learning Communities

Today on Purse Strings our gues is Keisha Rivers, Chief Outcomes Facilitator for the KARS Group. The KARS Group faciliates outcomes for personal and professional success and offers a development series for women called Mindset 2 Mastery.\xa0 This program takes into consideration the various other factors that women face in their careers (i.e, work-life balance, diversity and inclusion issues, confidence, self-talk, etc.) that men traditionally don't have to worry about and creates applicable solutions.\xa0 We assist women in creating supportive learning communities where they can receive support, guidance and insight to help them achieve their goals and provide guidance in the creation of win-win strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships. Keisha A. Rivers is the founder and Chief Outcome Facilitator of The KARS Group, LTD, specializing in facilitated outcome strategies and action planning for clients of all sizes and industries. She is also the founder and Executive Director of The KARS Institute for Learning Collaboration, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide training, resources and support to new and emerging nonprofits.
