Happy Sunday Punky Peeps,\n\nHere to kick off Season 4 of Punky Brewster with S4E1: The Nun's Story which aired on April 27, 1988. In this episode Punky believes she has donated an urn containing Henry's Aunt Mabel's ashes to a convent.\n\nWell, it wouldn't be a Punky Brewster episode without her getting in over her head and needing her best friend Cherie to help bail her out of trouble. \n\nIn this episode Punky has to get back an urn filled with the ashes of Henry\u2019s deceased Aunt that she donated to a church rummage sale. Gah!\n\nShe enlists Cherie in her scheme of breaking in and helping impersonating a 7 ft tall Nun so they can get in, grab the urn and bounce before anyone sees them. This produces hilarious results.\n\nWhat\u2019s even more funny is the monsignor visiting the convent is tipped off by a suspicious nun and instead of busting them right away he decides to let this whole thing play out to see if they confess.\n\nLesson learned from this episode:\n\nCheck before you donate. Especially if it\u2019s not your stuff, don\u2019t just assume or else you could find yourself in Punky\u2019s shoes or habit.\n\n\n\nThe two girls Impersonating a nun who looked to be over 7 feet tall and trying to get that urn of ashes back was so hilarious to watch. Plus the idea that Brandon got to ride shotgun to the drive in complete with a comfy pillow to rest his butt on while poor Betty had to ride in the trunk.
