Hey Punky Peeps, well it\u2019s Monday, the most dreaded work day of the week, but on the bright side here\u2019s a new Punky Power: An Unofficial Punky Brewster Podcast episode for you to help lift your spirits a little we have S1E18 I Love You Brandon which aired on February 17, 1985.\n\nI\u2019m your host Angela Bowen and let\u2019s dive right into this episode, a word of warning though you may need to get your tissues out because we are dealing with a tearjerker of an episode today, Peeps.\n\nI know how could I do this and on a Monday too, but the show must go on in any event, so on with the show.\n\nHere\u2019s a synopsis of the episode:\n\nHenry scolds Brandon for eating several valuable stamps. After that, Punky takes him on a walk, where he is hit by a car. He is rushed to the veterinary hospital, where his prognosis is grim.\n\nTime for my Brandon Tail Wag Episode Rating: I\u2019m giving it 5 out of 5 Brandon Tail Wags.\n\n1.\tFor Allen\u2019s excited interest in the stamps he keeps getting hit by Cherie and Punky because they could care less about the stamps and Henry takes Allen\u2019s answer like he\u2019s answering for a three of them.\n\n2.\tBrandon eating the stamps and Punky\u2019s fast thinking of creating fake ones to buy some time although Henry sees right through it.\n\n3.\tPunky meeting Mrs. Cartney and she tells Punky about her dog Angus. What a sweet lady. She loves her dog so much.\n\n4.\tPunky\u2019s tearful goodbye to Brandon then he wakes up.\n\n5.\tBrandon choosing the afgan chair his favorite over Henry\u2019s gorgeous top of the line dog house.\n\nTime for Punky\u2019s Principles:\n\nWhat I got from this episode was if something bad happens to your furry critter be it a dog, cat or small animal don\u2019t blame yourself. You could ask yourself all the what if this or what if that questions until your brain explodes, but try to focus on the positive and if you do loose your pet, it\u2019s ok to grieve just don\u2019t let that grief consume you and let people in share your grief with others because odds are they\u2019ve been through it as well.\n\nJoin me Next Monday July 3 as we get pumped up for the next episode entitled Punky Brewster\u2019s Work Out which aired on February 24, 1985 where Punky and her friends make their own workout video with Henry\u2019s new camcorder he bought for work.
