Episode 37- Danny Lehr

Published: Oct. 7, 2018, 6 a.m.

Episode 37 is fully brewed! On this episode we have a conversation with Danny Lehr. Danny is the co-founder of Caffeine & Kilos and Crossfit Excel. We have both been fans of C&K and the community they have built. Lifting weights and crushing coffee! What\u2019s not to like?  Having the chance to sit down and talk to Danny about his journey and some of the important keys to building a successful community was a really cool opportunity for us. We plan on having some episodes like this going forward. We think it's important to learn from successful people outside the Physical Therapy space. During this episode we covered important aspects of building a community, how to be productive with your day, and obviously Coffee! We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did.
