I just want to say that photography is so important to my mental health. I actually mean it. The days where I don't take any photos, or I don't record any video content of my procedures. I don't feel great. I honestly, if I go like a few days without taking a photo, it means that I haven't been expressive, that I haven't been challenging myself, that I haven't been reflective and without all those things, then I'm not enjoying my dentistry.\n\n\n\nSo I find that the days I don't take photos, I don't enjoy as much and I take more photos, I'm really reflecting more. I'm perhaps doing something that interests me. I just find I'm much happier. So the key to my happiness and dentistry is rubber dam isolation and dental photography.
