You get motivated enough to start and things are going well for a while...
Then either because of temptation, boredom, change of routine, etc - you ease off the behavior change.\xa0
Results slow. Results stop.\xa0
You drift. Avoid. Mull it over.\xa0
Until....
Resentment and frustration build enough to push you back over into motivation and you start again.\xa0
