Q&A: Pregnancy Fatigue

It is common to experience fatigue during your pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Once you are in the second trimester you should feel like you have more energy, and you may have that fatigue come back in the third trimester. The simplest explanation for feeling extra tired is that you are building a human. While it may not seem like you have a lot going on outside your body early on, there is a ton going on inside.
