Matthew \u201cGolf Cart Matt\u201d Daly was 41 when he was arrested in October 2022. Matt showed up riding a golf cart to the sting house.\xa0After his encounter with Chris and local law enforcement, he was charged with sexually abusive activity with a child, accosting a child for immoral purposes, and using computers to commit a crime. He made bail but in 2023 he was re-arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and driving with a revoked license and no insurance. He went back to jail but the charges were eventually dropped and now he\u2019s out on $50k bond.
