Our Fear Triggers

\xa0Survival tends to be the most basic of our human instincts.\xa0 Our ability to create and manage our personal fear triggers allows us to improve our chances for survival.\xa0 Our lives change from childhood to becoming seniors.\xa0 We choose whether we retain our individual fear triggers from an earlier age as we grow older. \xa0 \xa0Fear is the alert mechanism that allows us to become aware of danger in some form or degree.\xa0 Becoming aware of danger with fear triggers allows us to develop personal response strategies that strengthen our drive to survive.\xa0 \xa0 \xa0The presence of fear in some type or degree is usually typical for all of us as humans.\xa0 Sometimes giving ourselves permission to be human can be the strongest fear of all. \xa0\xa0
