Detaching yourself from the past does not necessarily mean that the past was evil or bad. But it sometimes means that the past needs give way to the new that is coming. There is a much that demand we precisely consider as we are called to step into the river of the flow of the present emphasis of the Lord.

\nHeaven has opened the voice in the Father's direction towards the next reality of divine confluence; as the Saints get ready to move into this next position of truth and representation, there are several things the Lord is highlighting that we need to reconsider and be certain they are in their rightful place. Secondly, there are things we must check and leave behind in our bags of the journey, so we do not get to be disqualified. Indeed, there will be things that we have neglected or assumed to be approved of the Father that are in fact, the leaven of defilement that we must get rid of if we are to enter the next reality of our journey in the Spirit.

\nThe Spirit of the Lord speaks to Saints from various angles and dimensions that demand we are sensitive and discerning before we prematurely respond to the call to journey further into perfection. Every form of flesh and idols within our tents should be discarded; we cannot travel into covenant with idols of our Father's house.

Genesis 31

31 Jacob answered Laban, \u201cI was afraid, because I thought you would take your daughters away from me by force. 32 But if you find anyone who has your gods, that person shall not live. In the presence of our relatives, see for yourself whether there is anything of yours here with me; and if so, take it.\u201d Now Jacob did not know that Rachel had stolen the gods.

33 So Laban went into Jacob\u2019s tent and into Leah\u2019s tent and into the tent of the two female servants, but he found nothing. After he came out of Leah\u2019s tent, he entered Rachel\u2019s tent. 34 Now Rachel had taken the household gods and put them inside her camel\u2019s saddle and was sitting on them. Laban searched through everything in the tent but found nothing.
