Once again, we are given an accurate description of the behavioral attitude of these apostolic leaders, which is found in the Book of Acts. Developing the right character values that will help our ministry is crucial to our sense of capacity building. In the conclusion of chapter 16 of the book of Acts of the Apostles, we see that preaching the gospel as intended will attract persecution and suffering, to say the list. Paul and Saul did not allow the physical pain and suffering from stopping them from prayer and singing praises to the Lord. The crisis reveals the quality of our faith and trust in the Lord. As we step forward in preaching and teaching the word of life in this Anti-Christ Age, we will also be ready to be challenged and sometimes persecuted for the sake of the Gospel. We must, however, not give in to the threat of the enemy.
