Conflict is part of human life and part of the Church's community, as we see in the first century Antioch Church. Conflict presents us with the opportunity to learn and grow to maturity. Understanding this point, even as we allow the Spirit of wisdom to guide us in handling them, will make us even more proficient and effective stewards of the kingdom of God.

Not knowing how to handle conflict, however, we will continue to lead into the deadly trap of the enemy by weakening the thrust of the Church in its apostolic mandate. This teaching presents us with critical insights and the opportunity to understand the dynamics of conflict and how to resolve them in the Spirit of knowledge, wisdom, and counsel.

Until each of us in the Body of Christ starts to address issues of personality Christianity, just as we observe in politics today, i am afraid we will not fully enter the scope of heaven’s prophetic objective and authority for our time. The reality is too many personalities issues are conflicting and hindering the advancement of the kingdom of God.

ACTS 15

36 Sometime later Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.” 37 Barnabas wanted to take John, also called Mark, with them, 38 but Paul did not think it wise to take him, because he had deserted them in Pamphylia and had not continued with them in the work. 39 They had such a sharp disagreement that they parted company. Barnabas took Mark and sailed for Cyprus, 40 but Paul chose Silas and left, commended by the believers to the grace of the Lord. 41 He went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
