A) Jennifer Woods, Clerk to the Board

1. Approval - August 2,2021 Regular Meeting Minutes

2. Approval- Appointment of Pat Simpson to the Jury Commission, term to expire June 30, 2023.

B) Pat Galloway, Director of Financial Services

1. Approval- Appropriate $645 of the 4-H Program Reserve Funds to cover the Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Camper spots

2. Approval- Appropriate $24,953 in Special Children Adoption Funds that were received in June 2021.

3. Approval- Request to utilize the $17,562 CARES Act funding designed to support child welfare agencies in the prevention, preparation and response to the needs of children and families impacted by the child welfare system and coronavirus pandemic.

C) Rodney Stewart, RCEMS Operations Supervisor
Approval - EMS Financial Statement July 2021

D) Leigh Cockram, Director of Economic Development
Resolution approving to submit a formal application with the North Carolina Department of Commerce's Rural Division Building Reuse grant program to benefit "Project Wood" and will invest monies in the amount of 5% or $5,000 for the grant amount of $1 00,000 awarded toward the proposed renovation as committed to in the application.

E) Trey Wright, Director of Public Health

1. Approval- Reappointment to the Board of Health & Human Services for Dr. Matthew McKinlay, term to expire June 30, 2025.

2. Approval- Add fee of $45 for the 3rd dose administration fee of both Pfizer and Moderna.

3. Approval- Acceptance of the Dr. Ann Wolfe Mini Grant in the amount of $8,000.

F) Lance Metzler, County Manager
Consider approval of new Procedures for Presentations Before the Board of Commissioners policy.
