(B) Consideration of a Text Amendment requested by DV Wyoming, LLC, to amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance to allow dialysis centers as permitted uses in Office & Institutional, General Business, Highway Business, Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial Zoning Districts (T 2019-1). – Donna Setliff, Community Development Manager

(C) Consideration of a Text Amendment by Planning Staff to amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance to repeal yard sales as permitted uses in Office & Institutional, Central Business, General Business, Neighborhood Business, Highway Business, Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial Zoning Districts and a definition for yard sales be inserted (T 2019-2). – Donna Setliff, Community Development Manager
