(D) Recognition of local student Payten Bayne as recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award for community efforts with the Reidsville Police Department.

(E) Recognition of Venus Carter as the NCARCA’s 2019 Animal Control Officer of the Year.

(F) Recognition of the City of Reidsville and City Marketer Judy Yarbrough for receiving the American Association of Retirement Communities’ Seal of Approval for the third year in the row.

(B) Consideration of a request to rezone property located off of Sherwood Drive and the request for a Conditional Use Permit for Single Family and Townhomes, specifically Parcel No. 176450.
