(C) Recognition of Community Development Manager Donna Setliff, who retired December 1, 2021 with 41 years of service to the City.

5. Approval of Consent Agenda.

(A) Approval of the December 14, 2021 Regular Meeting Minutes.

(B) Approval of the Reaffirmation of the City of Reidsville Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy.

(C) Approval of Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 9 for application review services for wireless telecommunication facilities.

(D) Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 of the Reidsville Code of Ordinances, Administration, Article II. Mayor and Council, Sec. 2-28 Regular Meetings. This amendment corrects an oversight when Council went to meeting at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month several years ago, which was not reflected in the Code of Ordinances at that time.
