a) Patricia P. Galloway, Financial Services Director – Budget Revision Increase FY 2018-2019 Budget $35,000 due to increase in Council on Aging USDA Grant. No additional County funding is being requested.

b) Rodney Stewart, RCEMS Operations Supervisor – Approval of December 2018 Financial Statement

c) Mark McClintock, Tax Administrator – Approval of Tax Collection and Reconciliation Report for December 2018

d) Felissa Ferrell, Interim Head Start Director – Approval of Head Start December 2018 Reports

e) Jason Julian, NCDOT – Approval of additions to State maintained secondary road system to add: Collybrooke Way (0.05 mile), Tillingham Trace (0.15 mile) and Willowbrooke Way (0.26 mile) located in the Collybrooke Subdivision off NC 65, New Bethel Township

f) Lance Metzler, County Manager – Request approval of CSBG Grant Application

g) Kelly Stultz, Planning Director City of Eden – Consider appointment of Matthew W. Smith to City of Eden Planning Board, ETJ Jurisdiction. Term to expire December 31, 2021.

h) Robin Yount, TDA – Consider re-appointment of three (3) TDA Members. Terms to expire June 30, 2022

i) Tracy Warner, Ombudsman, PTRC Area Agency on Aging – Consider Re-appointment of six (6) members and Appoint one (1) new member to the
Joint Community Advisory Committee. Terms to expire December 31, 2019.

j) Carrie Spencer, Planning & Inspections Director – Appoint Paul Ksieniewicz from an alternate member to a sitting member on the Planning Board. Term to expire October 1, 2022.

Public Hearing – Carrie Spencer, Planning & Inspections Director
a) To consider adopting revisions to Chapter 2, Article IX of the Unified Development Ordinance to define and permit stand-alone storage units in the Residential Agricultural district. The Planning Board voted 4-0 to recommend approval at its January 14, 2019 meeting.

8. MELISSA BUNKER, CARDINAL INNOVATIONS
Present and update the Board on Behavioral Health and Cardinal Innovations role in Rockingham County.

Present the 2018 State-of-the-County Health Report (SOTCH) to the Board.
