I stand back from the large conference room doors watching the attendees register and get their hello badges. I give myself a once over and tell myself you are no different than them, you just don\u2019t have a company name on your hello tag...now let\u2019s go get an opportunity. I enter the large room overlooking shimmering Lake Ontario and introduce myself to lots of great peers, hear some interesting presentations and meet some vendors.
One of the ladies I speak to is very interested in how I\u2019m approaching my return to work journey and she asks me to write an article that gets published a few months later and is distributed across Canada.
