Soultiful, a virtual weekly chat amongst friends Nakia, Latoya, Janet and Toya was birthed during the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine. We noticed our fellow virtual assistant comrades were experiencing isolation, hopelessness, depression and anxiety attacks due to the quarantine. We started the show to ensure there was a day, weekly, that we could all come together to discuss issues that are important to us stuck at home working and to find moments to laugh.
