PipemanRadio Interviews Eaten By Sharks

Published: Sept. 7, 2022, 11:05 p.m.

On this episode of the adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman speaks to Chris from Eaten By Sharks who have just released some amazing new music and is here to tell us all about it.

After brief chat about the infamous Canadian weather, which is soon to come after summer, they move on to the topic of shark attacks, which is quite prevalent for Pipeman as he lives in Florida where there is a large amount of Shark attacks on record. Pipeman loves they’re singing about these things and bringing awareness to them.

Speaking about their new music, Pipeman says it made him want to jump into a pit immediately, and some people have told Chris it made them want to jump into shark infested waters. They released the new song right during Shark week.

Pipeman shares a story of a woman he knows who was in shallow water when a Blacktip Shark swam right up to her feet and swam away again. People don’t realize that these sharks don’t usually attack humans and when they do, it’s usually an accident.

Pipeman and Chris finish up by talking about how in the old days, you had to buy an album based off the artwork, never having heard the music before, and how that was a blessing and a curse at the same time, as well as talking about the effects of the pandemic on the music

If you want to get your hands on any of the merch, the physical music or some downloads, you can check out the Bandcamp under Eaten By Sharks. You can also keep up with the band on social media like Facebook and Instagram. A lot of the information is on YouTube as well as the music videos too.
