Oliver Peterson has put the call out to WA Liberals powerbroker Nick Goiran to respond to claims he is attempting to use his influence to direct the party's preselection for the next state election.

While many are calling for new blood in candidates including Sandra Brewer, Mr Goiran is allegedly angling to keep David Honey in the seat of Cottelsoe, the WA Liberals' safest electorate.
