Kayla Blackadar and Nicoll Schreiner are two of ABSI Connect\u2019s Community Catalyst Program participants both working for Strathcona County. Kayla works as the Coalition Assistant for the Strathcona County Child and Youth Coalition and Nicoll works for the Recreation Parks and Culture as the Guest Services Supervisor.
