Romans \xa07:14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am of the flesh,\xa0sold under sin.\xa015\xa0For I do not understand my own actions. For\xa0I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.\xa016\xa0Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with\xa0the law, that it is good.\xa017\xa0So now\xa0it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me.\xa018\xa0For I know that nothing good dwells\xa0in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out.\xa019\xa0For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing.\xa020\xa0Now if I do what I do not want,\xa0it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me.\n\n21\xa0So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand.\xa022\xa0For\xa0I delight in the law of God,\xa0in my inner being,\xa023\xa0but I see in my members\xa0another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members.\xa024\xa0Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from\xa0this body of death?\xa025\xa0Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!
