Established in 2012, Festival City Adelaide is the peak body for South Australia\u2019s festivals and events. FCA's vision is that Adelaide is recognised nationally and internationally as Australia\u2019s Festival Capital.\xa0
An example is Adelaide Festival, which in its 38th year in 2023, will offer a total of 52 events in theatre, music, opera, dance, media and visual arts. It also includes major festivals-within-the-festival Adelaide Writers\u2019 Week, UKARIA Chamber Landscapes and WOMADelaide \u2013 over 17 days and nights from Friday 3 to Sunday 19 March.
