Once I learned to let go, my business grew exponentially\nIf you\u2019re anything like me, you like to have a hand in every single aspect of your business. After all, your business is where you spend the majority of your time, focus, and energy -- so why wouldn\u2019t you want to feel like you\u2019re 100% in control of it?\xa0\nAs you can probably tell, delegation is something that I\u2019ve struggled with for a very long time. In fact, if I had a dollar for every time I said (or thought) \u201cIt\u2019ll be easier if I do it myself,\u201d or \u201cIt\u2019ll be faster if I just do it,\u201d I\u2019d be a very rich woman.\nBut I\u2019ll let you in on a little secret now that I\u2019m on the other side of it: This is no way to grow, run, or scale a successful business. Once you are able to put your trust in somebody else who is equally or more capable of accomplishing the job or task at hand, things run a lot smoother, you\u2019re less stressed out, and you are able to spend time doing the things that are going to actually help your business grow.\xa0\nI know, I know. It\u2019s difficult to let go of things that you\u2019re used to being in control of. But that\u2019s the thing with growth, right?
