The first of many “Can We Talk?” Episodes ✨✨
In this episode I have the lovely @feliciaaull of @florescence.podcast & @soulfamilynz - She is one of those high achiever types, constantly has 5000 things on her plate and literally striving everyday to be the absolute best version of herself possible!

I admire this type of drive and diligence - something that can often come with this massive work load is burnout, if not managed properly. Sometimes we can also get caught in what’s been labelled as “hustle culture” and amongst all of that, there’s bound to be times where shit just keeps going wrong.

We get to hear about all of this plus more on how Felicia deals with it and why these topics are really close to her heart! I have pretty split opinions on this topic and sometimes struggle to articulate my thoughts on it so really happy to have Felicia here to so gracefully communicate her experiences and tools!
