I am very excited to share this episode, as it features a man who has been a friend, a boss, a teacher, a repeat guest (though first time on the podcast) and is my father in law - Pastor Tom Lambshead. Tom is a man who has a long career in serving the Lord in many ministry roles - he has served as a youth pastor, a lead pastor, as well as a missionary in Pioneers Canada. Currently, Tom is serving as in interim pastor with Grindstone church in Waterdown, as well as\xa0Interim Canada East Superintendent with the AGC (Associated Gospel Churches (of Canada)), and leadership development with InCourage.
