In this episode of Casual Chats, Patricia and special guests Arun Mehta from The Arun Mehta Show, Eli "The Hero of Tomorrow" Stone, Jim Bevan, and newcomer ToonrificTariq discuss about A Goofy Movie in honor of its 25th anniversary and An Extremely Goofy Movie in honor of its 20th. A Goofy Movie focuses a few years after the Disney animated series Goof Troop where a teenage Max wants to have a girl named Roxanne notice her. He gets a chance when he asks her to a party to see a concert and she accepts. But then, his dad Goofy throws a monkey wrench into his plan when he wishes to take Max to a father/son fishing trip after learning from the school principal that he caused trouble in school. When A Goofy Movie was released in theaters, critics gave it mixed to negative reviews where they claimed that the story was bland, Goofy was very subdued compared to previous incarnations, and the soundtrack was forgettable. But over the years, the movie had gained a huge cult following praising the relationship between Goofy and Max, the subtle performances, and the memorable songs.

As for An Extremely Goofy Movie, the movies takes place years after A Goofy Movie where Max heads to college to compete in the College X-Games. Goofy loses his job and has to go back to college to finish getting his degree. Goofy meets up with a librarian named Sylvia, he joins a fraternal group, tries to get closer to Max with no luck, and focus on his classes. When the movie was released on home video, it was well received, but people claimed that it was inferior to the original.
