Kurt Kruger, CTO at SnapScan, said that having a careful process in place helped his team stay on track, and not lose focus or motivation. In this episode, we discuss some of the ways in which his team thinks about remote work in order to stay productive, and some advice he has for how to keep a roadmap during uncertain times.
