A Conversation with Kent Swig
Kent Swig is a legend in real estate circles. Swig began buying buildings in New York\u2019s financial district in the late 90s. \xa0At the peak, Swig\u2019s buildings were worth about $3 billion.\xa0But when the 2008 financial crisis hit, the bottom fell out for Swig. He\u2019d\xa0taken out\xa0what he thought would be a short-term personal loan of more than $21 million and his marriage ended in a bitter divorce.\xa0Now Swig is back.
