Over the last few weeks we have been unpacking the richness of Luke 15. \u2022The chapter begins with a meal between Jesus, tax collectors and notorious sinners. \u2022The religious leaders dislike Jesus table manners and begin to murmur, \u2022In response to their murmuring, Jesus tells three stories\u2026 That really rocks their world.\u2022Then he tells the story of a lost sheep\u2026.\u2022Secondly he tells the story of a lost coin\u2026.\u2022Then he tells a third story of a man that had two sons.Through each of these stories Jesus challenges the relirious categories of Sin, Salvation and the world around them.This week we are diving into the third of Jesus\u2019 three parables, is the longest and most famous.It is a story about a family\u2014a father, an older son, and a younger son. Typically known as the Prodigal Son Parable.
